I appreciate this app, and it's making me harder conscious of what and when I eat.

very helpful for those focusing on eating only when physically hungry - aka mindful eating - no diet - etc.

Bloated and not clear how to use. How to log stopped before full? Subscription? Come on!

I downloaded this app because I started doing the book, Intuitive Eating, and this app went right in hand with what the authors recommend doing. keeping track of how I am feeling when I eat: was I hungry? slightly hungry? neutral? etc. And how am I feeling once I finish: not hungry? satisfied? full? very full? It is a very helpful app and I appreciate it very much

Not great. I thought that if I got the paid plan, there would be more articles. It's the same 4 articles. Nothing more. I like the accountability aspect, but there isn't much support.

I've had a terrible relationship with food for a good part of my life, but this year all the therapy and inner work has me ready to reconnect with my body, to heal my relationship with food. This app is helping loads, thank you, thank you so much, really.

I love this app, and I love that the basics are free! It's really helping me practice mindful eating. Please please make a widget that I can click on from my home screen to take me to the app! That would be awesome.

I've been trying to eat more intuitively for a while now, and this app is exactly what I was looking for. Logging my meals on my phone is more convenient than pen and paper, but I was trying to use a calorie counting app and just ignore the calorie numbers. If you've ever been on a diet, you can probably guess how that went. This app is geared towards IE (hence the name), so it has no mention of calories, and it prompts you to check in with your body before and after meals. I love it so far!

easy to follow no rules to memorize

Ended up uninstalling it for a few reasons: I think the UI could be better, it often feels too cramped and lacking. I should be able to go back to previous days and add more food, to be able to change the day we are logging, not just the time. There should be a database/library that it pulls meals from other options people have put in when we begin typing our own or something similar. Adding calorie amount, food category, drink type, option to put in meal or individual items, etc.
